Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, this website saves your name, email, optional phone number and company, role, project location, stage, property type and project notes. It also records your consent, the submission time and the Sydney website as the enquiry source.
How your enquiry is handled
The information is stored in the website’s database for Jerome’s project team to review and respond to your request. When email notifications are connected, your enquiry and submission counts are sent to the designated Jerome project inbox. We use enquiry counts, including a count of distinct customer email addresses, to understand the enquiries received by this website.
WhatsApp and quick contacts
Choosing WhatsApp opens a prepared message, which you can review and edit before sending. Clicking a WhatsApp link does not automatically send a message. The quick-contact QR code opens Jerome’s Linktree contact page. Those services process information under their own privacy terms.
Security and international handling
Jerome’s project team is based in China. The website uses Cloudflare-backed hosting and database services and may use Resend for email delivery once configured. These providers may process information outside Australia. A hash derived from the connecting IP address is stored to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam; the raw IP address is not stored in the enquiry record.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form or contact Jerome through WhatsApp. For questions about your submitted information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact keyman@jeromecabinetry.com. Jerome may need to retain information connected to an active project or applicable record-keeping requirements.
